About Renee Adelmann
I am the owner of Marin Modern Real Estate and a resident of Marin County. While I'm widely recognized within the community and by fellow realtors as a leading authority on modern and mid-century modern homes in Marin, more than 50% of my transactions are actually for more traditional homes.
I am a top producing agent in Marin County and my business has grown each year despite the general downturn in the real estate market that has adversely effected so many agents and established brokerages. Prior to starting Marin Modern and San Francisco Modern Real Estate, I was an established agent with Keller Williams San Francisco, ranking 3rd of out 180 agents for both sales & individual transaction volume.
I pride myself on the depth of knowledge I have on each community and town in Marin and always welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge with my clients. I sell homes monthly all across the North Bay and am very tapped into the market which helps me better serve the needs of my clients. Because of my hands-on, personal and pro-active involvement in all of my transactions, I have a wealth of knowledge that my clients benefit from when we are faced with unique transactions. I have to admit that every transaction is unique and tricky and it's very important to use an agent that has the personal experience and knowledge to guide you through your unique sale or purchase.
On a personal level, I moved to Marin County from the city of San Francisco so I've personally made the transition that many of my clients are considering. Additionally, I am a mother of 2 small children which makes me click well with clients that have families and need candid advice on the best schools, doctors, babysitters, parks, and restaurants in Marin County.

I've also participated as both a host and docent for the 2006 & 2007 Eichler Homes Tour in Marin to benefit the Hospice by the Bay (formerly the Hospice of Marin).
