About Lisa Mallon
Licensed since 1998, I have been focused in dual areas: transaction support and management and serving as a successful Buyer's Agent for a top producing agent and sales team at Coldwell Banker. In that capacity I handled hundreds of transactions, some extremely complicated, from condominiums to multi-million dollar estates.
Born and raised in New York, I've lived in Marin County for the last 20 years with my family. I am intimately familiar with the public and private school choices in Marin as well as specific communities and neighborhoods and consider myself somewhat of an unofficial restaurant authority. I am also an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys road cycling, mountain biking and hiking.

The most satisfying part of my work is building relationships with new buyers to Marin County and showing them the "lay of the land". Having involved myself for many years while at a big brokerage with many relocation-based transactions, I have an unusual breadth of experience in dealing with people unfamiliar to our area and understand their unique needs and concerns. I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to the many school choices in both the public and private sectors from pre-k to high school throughout the county and offer that as a resource to relocating families. Our high ranking schools contribute to the strength and maintenance of our local property values and for those buyers considering other bay area communities as well as Marin to live in, I like to point out this important distinction.
As an outdoor enthusiast, I've traveled most roads and trails by foot, mountain bike or road bike. I have an expansive knowledge of our local trail systems including the Point Reyes National Seashore and Golden Gate Recreation Areas and I enjoy sharing this information.
