About Lisa Mallon
A Marin County resident since 1990 and licensed since 1996, I bring a tenacious, practical and committed approach to every client I serve. Representing both buyers and sellers, I have a diverse skill set managing transactions from both the front and back (document driven) ends. I spent the first 7 years as a Realtor working as a successful buyer’s agent and sales team at Coldwell Banker. It was in that role that I also served as transaction manager handling hundreds of escrows from condominiums to multi-million dollar homes. I also offer strong negotiating skills and detailed market knowledge unmatched and required in today’s local market.
Lisa Mallon's Area of ExpertiseThe most satisfying part of my work is building relationships with new buyers to Marin County and showing them the "lay of the land." Closing a number of relocation-based transactions, I have an unusual breadth of experience dealing with people unfamiliar to our area and understand their unique needs and concerns. I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to the many school choices in both the public and private sectors from pre-k to high school throughout the county and offer that as a resource to relocating families as well.
As an outdoor enthusiast, I've traveled most roads and trails by foot, mountain bike or road bike. I have an expansive knowledge of our local trail systems including the Point Reyes National Seashore and Golden Gate Recreation Areas and I enjoy sharing this information with other like-minded clients I work with.
I am an outstanding listener, communicator and advocate. Leveraging great people skills with relevant real estate experience, together with the power of MODERN marketing, makes me a powerful resource in the local market.
