About Hilary Davis
A Marin County native, I was born and raised in San Rafael and went to school locally, earning degrees from College of Marin and San Francisco State University. After graduating from college, I worked in the photography business and eventually started my own video production company. For 15 years I videotaped, produced and directed hundreds of events, corporate productions and a travel advisory show on local cable.
With a lifelong career in sales and customer service, I chose to be a Realtor in 2001 because it combines two of my favorite types of work, helping people and managing projects. I pride myself as a consummate professional who listens with care to your needs, wants and desires then powerfully negotiates to maximize value and get results. My love for the environment and real estate has lead me to become educated on green building practices; from easy greening solutions the complex building sciences. As a green realtor, I love to share information with my clients and community regarding special loans, rebates, programs, and practices geared to help people to be more sustainable. I often give workshops on energy and water conservation, energy efficient lighting options, toxic free living options, waste reduction and recycling as well as safety and emergency preparedness. As an outdoor enthusiast you will find me regularly on Marin trails, either hiking or mountain biking. I love spending time with my husband, Robert Werner, and young son Jayden in the garden, riding bikes, playing outside and relaxing!
