About Erika Davito
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have lived in 5 out of 9 Bay Area Counties. My favorite place to live, out of all these counties, is in Marin. Marin has a lot to offer. Not only is Marin known for top-rated public schools, low-crime and great weather, Marin has an abundance of local, state and national parks, Pacific Ocean Beaches, great restaurants and an active community. And the best part of it all is the proximity to San Francisco. Therefore the high median sales price. At the end of the day it is all worth the money. I love where I live. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t express my gratitude for the life I have here in Marin with my family and friends, and I am not shy about sharing my enthusiasm with my clients. Soon enough, my clients will see and live the reality.
Over the last 13 years I have been investing in real estate. I have played in the high’s and the low’s of the market. What I have learned is that every real estate transaction has it’s own circumstances and challenges. No two transactions are alike. And now, more than ever, it is so important to hire professional representation.

And, I am honest. I don’t hold back on my opinions and deliver them with my best intentions & positive attitude.
I hand hold my first time buyer clients and senior clients. It is imperative to them that they know they are being guided by someone who cares about them and who is looking out for their best interest. Sometimes my clients don’t know what they are supposed to know.
I spend a lot of my time finding homes to meet my clients every need. Of course, there will be some compromise, but in the end I will always find them a home they love. For my sellers, I spend a lot of my time preparing them to sell their homes; remodeling, staging, pricing, professional marketing and promoting their properties.
When finding the right house or selling a house, you will know you are in good hands with me. I will negotiate the right deal for you. I strive to create a win-win, feel good situation for both buyer and seller in each transaction. And I am passionate about helping people with their real estate transactions and it shows! In my own projects, I am very creative while managing my budget to maximize the bottom line. My eye for design can transform any dwelling to a dream home. All of this knowledge is passed to every client of mine, whether they are buying or selling a home.

Pug Rescue: Both of our Pugs are from the PugPros Rescue Organization, a non-profit that saves over 100 lives each year. PugPros volunteers give all of their time to save and provide homes for unwanted Pugs.
