About Cari Gennarelli

As a native of San Rafael and currently residing in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow district, Cari has the unique perspective of life in both counties. Each county is magical on it’s own but together, provide a symbiotic relationship that is unparalleled.

Cari brings 25 years of relevant experience to her Real Estate career including contract and pricing negotiations, property management, construction management, customer service, sales and marketing and facilities and operations management. “I also did my time in the restaurant and retail industries and learned the very valuable lesson of serving others”.

I am also a certified Ecobroker and continue to educate myself on the greening of real estate, construction and lifestyle choices. As an Ecobroker I educate my clients on making healthier, sustainable and energy saving choices when buying or selling a home. Virtually every residential real estate transaction involves some form of home improvement. Why not choose No-VOC paint or energy efficient appliances? Why not low flow toilets or double paned windows? There are a number of small changes we can all make to conserve our resources and create healthier environments inside our homes!
