The Definitive Source of All Marin Real Estate Blogs

While there is certainly an abundance (arguably, too many) of real estate blogs in Marin County, our Modern Blog offers a depth and balance of interesting, highly relevant and informative topics that I’ve yet to see in any other.  Admittedly, I am biased as a regular contributor of the Marin Modern Real Estate blog but I do read an array of other blogs specific to Marin County Real Estate on a weekly basis.

We are a highly experienced and technology savvy group of sales professionals, each with a successful track record of closed transactions who bring a sophisticated and unique perspective to the current landscape of real estate in Marin.  This isn’t the only reason our blog is different, always relevant and consistently provides information about community events, provocative stories relevant to Marinites, and is just downright pleasant to read and edgy when it needs to be.  Additionally, our guest bloggers provide the same level of informed, current and interesting discourse that we as salespeople do as we contribute to our blog.  I think the Marin blog is so successful because we approach it with the same level of creativity and unconventional thinking that we utilize when we are marketing a new listing or negotiating on behalf of our buyers for the best price and sales terms possible.  And, our results speak or themselves.

Care to keep current with highly relevant mortgage industry topics, or simply want to know how to get pre-approved for a home mortgage?  Just read our guest blogger, Nicholas Ballard’s posts and specifically his bi-weekly updates by following the Marin Mortgage News thread of our blog.  Interested in learning more about landscape architecture and especially as it relates to mid-century architecture?  Dive into the posts of Robert Leeper.   His photos alone will keep you captivated.

The Marin Modern Blog offers a variety of current event reminders for such events county-wide as local art festivals, home and cooking tours, Farmer’s Market happenings, standardized school district performance rankings, and openings of new retailers and restaurants to Marin.  Most importantly, we offer market updates for Marin county on a regular basis and specifically for the Eichler communities of Terra Linda, Marinwood and Upper Lucas Valley.  We are of course, first and foremost a residential real estate brokerage.  Our expertise begins there and we are current on pricing trends in every community throughout Marin.  Yet we (all 8 of us) live in different Marin communities and bring a little extra knowledge and history with us to every client and transaction we enter into.  It is this broader perspective that is also represented in the Marin Blog that makes us so successful.  The simple truth is that with a broader range of experiences personally and professionally in Marin to draw from, we have a unique ability to connect with buyers and sellers who have diverse needs, budgets and architectural tastes.  In short, although we are the definitive mid-century modern experts with a highly visible web presence and technology know-how, we are much more than that when it comes to Marin County Real Estate.

As we approach the end of the year and many people are beginning to put their home buying and selling plans in place for 2011, you’ll want to call me to discuss how Marin Modern’s approach to buying or selling a home is the proven leader in Marin County.
