Having said that, a buyer can compete and win.  Read on!

When working with a buyer, many of us put in offers for our clients only to find we are in a multiple offer situation, repeatedly... and this can cause all of us, clients and agents, to feel stressed and anxious.

So, what is the best way to navigate the market?  I find the best thing I can do is, right from the beginning, be completely honest with my clients by giving them all the

Prices are up year over year 15% on average in Larkspur.
We only have two months of inventory in the county.
(It would take 2 months to sell all the homes at the current speed that
it is taking to move property) That is very low. Not much inventory....
Interest rates remain great but the Fed has indicated that they will raise rates

We have more 3 million plus home sales than ever before. (Even as we are trending slightly below our all time high - price wise- of 2007). In Larkspur, in 2014, the highest priced home was 4.4 million while in 2013, the…

They turned it into a wholesale nursery that sold roses and orchids. About 14 years ago the family began the long process of getting the property rezoned, after indicating that they couldn't run the nursery as a viable business any more.

The purchase included the rights to the plans that were previously approved. The previous developer spent around $5 million doing the necessary steps to

Residents of Corte Madera and Larkspur alike are looking to add Corte Madera to the name of the school district that it shares with Larkspur as a two-school district. Neil Cummins Elementary School is in Corte Madera and Hall Middle School is in Larkspur. The new (old) name would be the Larkspur-Corte Madera School District.

Corte Madera is currently home to 814 of the students in the district as opposed to 469 students living in Larkspur, according to the Marin IJ. The district is also hoping to add a third school in Corte Madera. However, it would require some building expansion to the existing site, as well as retrofitting. The district's superintendent recently approached the Corte Madera Community Foundation to discuss a $26 million bond

I just helped my client sell her house off market. The result was a very efficient process that everyone was happy with. This Baltimore Park charmer at 112 Monte Vista Avenue in Larkspur is in a good location and sold for $700,000.

Built in 1941, this Larkspur property features 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom, with an open 978 square-foot floor plan, and is highlighted by hardwood floors, master bedroom and convenient kitchen with gas range. There is a large level backyard, which sports a lush lawn and mature fruit-bearing treas. The covered courtyard has an extra half bathroom for entertaining.
