Earlier today I announced our company's expansion into the East Bay with East Bay Modern Real Estate. As part of our expansion, I'm pleased to announce one of the newest additions to our high-tech, high-touch real estate team.

Realtor Matthew Sorrenti is the newest addition to our "Modern" real estate family. Matthew lives in the East Bay and comes to us from Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate. His background includes over a decade of real estate and lending experience and a twenty year background in technology. In addition to his experience assisting traditional buyers, sellers and investors, Matthew is a NAR certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
