National Building Museum Article on Selling Modernism

We recently participated in a wonderful panel discussion on selling architectural real estate which resulted in an article that just appeared in Blueprints Magazine, a quarterly publication of the National Building Museum.
Selling Modernism: 3 Agents' Perspectives
The article was the result of interviews with top real estate agents for modern homes throughout the country, including:

Brian Linder (Beverly Hills, California)
Discussion topics included stories about recently marketed / sold properties, advice for today's architects interested in creating "marketable modernism", challenges and ideas for promoting modern listings, and the growing interest in green design and eco-friendly residential architecture. We were very happy to lend our modern home expertise to this article and were pleased with the outcome of the interview.
