We wanted to thank everyone who attended and participated in our event last night entitled "Building an Eco-Friendly and Modern Home in Marin County" which featured keynote speakers from some of the most respected and authoritative names in the green building, design, real estate, and finance industry.    

We were overwhelmed with consumer response to this event which included speakers from Oakland-based Michelle Kaufmann Designs and Marin County based Marin Modern Real Estate and JCF Advisors.   

The total number of registrants for this Marin Modern Real Estate sponsored event exceeded our available seating space by almost double.  While we were unable to accommodate all parties interested in attending the event due to space...

We are less than one week away from our seminar entitled "Building a Modernist and Eco-Friendly Prefab Home in Marin County" featuring keynote speakers from Michelle Kaufmann Designs, JCF Advisors, and Marin Modern Real Estate.    

Since intially advertising this event to our modern-minded and green-minded client and friends, we've been overwhelmed with positive response and feedback.    Registration for this Marin Modern sponsored event was brisk and we 'sold out' quickly, filling up every availabe seat at our venue.

Going Solar in Marin by marinmodern

Kudos to GoSolarMarin and a small idea that blossomed into something big.  GoSolarMarin, the brainchild of San Rafael resident Lisa Max, began as one family’s desire to find an affordable source of solar power and has become a successful grassroots movement bringing a countywide discount for solar power to Marin County. A lot of effort went in to the program, with the final result being that participating Marin residents are able to purchase solar power at $7.94 as opposed to the $9.32 previously available to the general public.
