Families and visitors to Marin County just got another reason to visit the The Marin Civic Center in San Rafael which was designed by noted architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Built in 1957, the Marin Civic Center has always been a popular destination for architectural enthusiasts interested in seeing Frank Lloyd Wright's 770th commission, which would be his last. Farmer’s Markets are part of the Marin lifestyle, being a weekly – or biweekly – destination for many Marin residents. The newest market to join the lineup will be a Thursday evening Farmer’s Market in Ross Common. The new market will be Marin’s ninth Farmer’s Market – but a first for Ross, California. This weekly event will be one of the smallest in Marin, but will be a welcome addition to the community.
The Ross Farmer’s Market will run on Thursday evenings, 4 to 8 p.m., June through September – beginning after Ross School goes on summer break to ease traffic problems.
