Just Sold! 847 Pine Ln, San Rafael

I worked closely with the sellers to prepare the home for sale and we were able to generate a significant amount of interest in the home before it even hit the Marin county mls.
The result was a multiple offer situation before the home hit the market and the property succesfully closed today for $535,000. This represents my third Eichler listing this year to receive multiple offers (i've been involved in 9 different Eichler transactions year-to-date).
