Just Sold - 248 Bungalow, San Rafael

I'm pleased to announce I've just helped my client purchase a home at 248 Bungalow, San Rafael. This home has 2 beds, 1 1/2 baths and a newly constructed large bonus room addition. The seller purchased the home at a foreclosure sale and did an excellent job of turning it into a wonderful remodeled home. Nestled just above Davidson Middle School, 248 Bungalow is just like a Mill Valley tree house but for a San Rafael price. I was able to negotiate a price under listing and several substantial repairs prior to close of escrow. My client is VERY happy and can't wait to move in.
