JUST SOLD! 10404 Mill Station Road, SebastopolPosted by Annalise Demuth on Thursday, July 26th, 2012 at 11:13am.
This is a great story! As many of you know I love my job. I take pride in finding the right house for my clients space needs, lifestyle and budget. So, it would make sense that when this house came on the market smack dab in the middle of the Green Valley Appellation I sent the listing to my dear friends Carolyn and Ken. The email subject said, "Sorry to tease you!" Well, 2 months later Carolyn and Ken moved into this lovely 4400 square foot reconfigured dairy creamery along with 3 dogs, cats, chickens and horses. The original house was 1600 square feet and Niko Preovolos designed the large 'chic barn' addition. It's 2.2 acres with a well and septic system, a barn, a studio, a creamery and a couple of old chicken coups. Not quite 'off the grid' but close. Caroly and Ken are engaged and are planning a spring wedding in the barn!
