With designer colors and finishes throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome at 87 Gann Way in Hamilton Park sold for $550,000 (I represented the buyers).  That is a great value for this unit.   Recent sold comparable properties received $565,000 and $588,000.   This particular townhome was the most upgraded of them all.   It also featured Ipe Decking in the backyard, room for a hot tub and privacy with landscaping surround. 

Hamilton Park continues to be a highly desired neighborhood. The reason is that is the entry price point to the Hamilton Field Development.  One can get a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome below $600,000 - whereas the single family homes in Hamilton fetch prices at above $700,000.
