Just Sold! Last week I closed a deal representing the buyers of a lovely ocean view cottage in the West Marin town of Bolinas, CA.  This quaint brown-shingle beach cottage is just a few short blocks to the historic "downtown" area of Bolinas and the close to the Brighton Beach steps. From the deck there are views of the Pacific and San Francisco in the distance.  The property had been on the market for a very long time due to unmotivated sellers and numerous other challenges such as tenants, incomplete lot splits & utility easement puzzles. Rebecca & Hilary Just Sold This Listing For $26K Over Asking with Multiple Offers!  I am pleased to announce that the sale of this 2+bedroom/1 bathroom house in the Outer Richmond neighborhood closed escrow yesterday for the amazing price of $625K after receiving multiple offers.  I listed the property along with Hilary Davis, my Marin Modern associate, and we worked together to clean, prepare & stage the house for our seller clients.  It took a few weeks, but we arranged a full interior paint job, refinishing of the hardwood floors, re-installation of new carpet, landscaping & other miscellaneous preparations and by the time we were ready, the house really sparkeled!  We held one very busy Open House and one Broker's Tour and received five…

Just Sold! 1935 28th Ave - I helped some first-time buyers get a excellent deal on this 2+bedroom/2bathroom house in the Parkside neighborhood of San Francisco.  This challenging transaction finally closed last week after three months of manuvering through numerous obstacles that arose during the escrow period.  My clients were very happy to have been able to purchase this property for only $512,000 which is an amazing price for a single family home in this part of the City.

I saw recently in the local paper that there’s an organised mountain bike ride from Fairfax on Thanksgiving morning.
