Upon viewing these pictures, you would think that every man, women and child in Mill Valley might need to be issued a wet suit, mask, snorkel and flippers. Albeit, this is not case!

Not to worry......if you are prepared.

The government sponsored "Get Ready Marin" website helps residents prepare for such occasions,…

Ahhh, Labor Day. Cue the sad music as it marks the end of summer, and then cue the song "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" as we celebrate the children heading back to school.

I have compiled a list, a "One Last Hurrah" list if you will, of things that you and your family can do this Labor Day weekend throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

If you are looking for something you can do without the kids, check out Sonoma Wine Country Weekend in the beautiful Sonoma Valley. This event is always one for the books!

I have complied a few things that will help you when it comes to deciding where to send your most precious cargo.

  • Talk to other parents. They will be the ones who can tell you all the great things about the school,…
