Located on one of the most sought after streets in the flats of Greenbrae, 26 Bretano Way, a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, came on the market and immediately garnered lots of attention from prospective buyers.  It had been lovingly maintained by the same owner for over 50 years and was ready for the next iteration and a new buyer with a vision for making this their family home.  We had multiple offers and the winning offer was a young family whose parents live nearby.

I had the pleasure of representing the buyers on the purchase of 1013 Margaret Court located in the very desirable Hillside Park condos in Novato.  After looking at a number of condos in Southern Novato, the Margaret Court condo with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, one car garage and lovely outdoor patio and privacy was a standout.  This is the third transaction within several months for my clients who recently retired, sold their Corte Madera home and bought a new home in Novato.  Margaret Court, a great investment, will provide income for their retirement years.  It sold for $629,000.
