I just sold this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Eichler home located in the Terra Linda neighborhood of San Rafael, California.

This atrium model Eichler home was designed by mid-century architects Jones + Emmons.    The property was a "fixer" Eichler home and was situated next door to two other Terra Linda Eichler homes that I had listed and sold within the past few years (375 Devon Drive and  8 Anchorage Drive).

The sale price for this Eichler fixer located at 371 Devon Drive in San Rafael was $600,000.   I represented both the sellers and the buyers in this transaction.

If you are in the market for an Eichler home, please remember to check out my new listing at 25 Bolanos in San Rafael.  Additionally, I'm also preparing a number of other properties

Bicycling across the Golden Gate Bridge is a rite of passage for many San Francisco Bay Area residents who enjoy cycling.   While casually riding along the shoulder of the bridge can be a relaxing and scenic endeavor, bicyclists in the Bay Area will have an opportunity to pedal across the center of the bridge typically reserved for automobiles with biking legend Lance Armstrong.

Bike the Golden Gate Bridge

On Monday, February 17, the first bike race to ever cross the Golden Gate Bridge will hit the Bay Area.   This event represents the second stage of the “Tour of California” bike race, a 9 day event featuring top cycling professionals from around the world.

Think about the kitchens you have seen that are relatively new – 10 years or less – that look so indulgent with

I went to a seminar and found that this is something we all should know about...

As of January 1, 2009, the federal tax credit on solar has been raised to 30 percent of the system—so with the discount being extend for Marin residents by local solar service providers, the federal credit and state/utility rebate factored in, the net cost of a solar system from SolarCity in Marin County is approximately half the retail price.
