The tables are turning in the North Bay real estate world.  Recently I have witnessed a significant increase in the number of price reduction while perusing the Marin County MLS for my home buyer and seller clients.    With this in mind, I decided to take a quick look back to see exactly how many price reductions there have been since the begining of October, 2007.  

Month to date, there have been a total of 377 homes that have had price reductions and only 282 new properties that have come on the market.  What does this all mean?

Finding the right preschool for your kids in Marin County can be a time-consuming and laborious process.  Fortunately, help is on the way for Marin County residents interested in learning about a number of schools and preschool programs in one central location.

Recently I was interviewed for a piece on mid-century modern homes, and I’m excited to say that you can find the article in the October issue of Alaska Airlines Magazine and Horizons Air Magazine. The article, titled Retro Renaissance – The mid-century modern home is back in style, gives a brief, but comprehensive overview of the modern movement and discusses communities that feature these very special homes, including some of those found here in Marin County.
