The inventory of homes for sale in Marin has been slow the last several weeks however there are a number of noteworthy modern and mid-century modern properties that are currently on the market.

In this months issue of Forbes Magazine, Marin County public schools were ranked number one in the United States. This is a very popular question with anyone purchasing a home in the Bay Area since it can provide a general gauge as to the possible interest level of buyers for a particular property. Midcentury home connoisseurs should not miss this years Eichler Home Tour in Marin County which will feature classic Joseph Eichler properties throughout San Rafael, California.
The 2007 Eichler Tour will take place over 2 days and is expected to feature approximately 2-dozen Eichlers in both the Lucas Valley and Terra Linda neighborhoods of San Rafael.
