1052 Lea Drive, San Rafael - Just Sold!

I am happy to share my latest sale of 1052 Lea Drive in
San Rafael which just closed escrow. The home was listed at $699,000
(originally $735,000), and I was able to negotiate a sales price of $680,000.
There were several challenges and some intense negotiations along the way, but
my clients and I were persistent, and this was totally worth it in the end.
This home in the popular Terra Linda area of San Rafael
is such a great value for my clients. After moving from their rented apartment
in San Francisco, they are looking forward to the joys of life in Marin as a
homeowner. The home is over 2,400 square feet with vaulted ceilings, hardwood
floors throughout most of the home, and two levels of decks in the back in
addition to two front deck areas. With its 2 stories and 4 bedrooms and 3
baths, there is plenty of room for home offices and more. The home has many
