I am happy to share my latest sale of 1052 Lea Drive in San Rafael which just closed escrow. The home was listed at $699,000 (originally $735,000), and I was able to negotiate a sales price of $680,000. There were several challenges and some intense negotiations along the way, but my clients and I were persistent, and this was totally worth it in the end.

This home in the popular Terra Linda area of San Rafael is such a great value for my clients. After moving from their rented apartment in San Francisco, they are looking forward to the joys of life in Marin as a homeowner.
