About Annalise Demuth
Licensed since 2003, I've been fortunate enough to have my hand in many aspects of real estate. I've purchased and sold my own homes, helped clients purchase and sell personal homes as well as investment property, condo converted a duplex and advised my family in selling the family business, Demuth Winery.
Nothing gives me more satisfaction than knowing I've provided my client with excellent service. I'm a listener and a team player. My skills include connecting with people, listening for instructions, advising clients of the possible outcome of their choice and I always manage a transaction from the perspective of minimizing risk. I am assertive and have a 'take no prisoners' approach to my personal and business affairs. I love to negotiate and am never surprised by what challenges arise. My absolute favorite part of real estate is finding the right house for my clients needs.
I love living in Marin. Living here nourishes my spirit. I grew in Marin, and went through the San Rafael public schools. I became a hairstylist and managed my own business for 12 years. In my late 20s I became interested in singing and successfully graduated from Holy Names University with a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. Still living in the East Bay, I entered the tech world adapting my by ability to read symphony scores and applied it to the tech industry (those are language and math skills, btw.). The East Bay provided me with access to diversity and culture and I loved living there. Eventually, though, my Marin roots called and I moved back here in 2006 so my son could attend Bacich Elementary. We are happily living, hiking, singing and biking in Kentfield.
