Woodacre is an unassuming little town with a definite rural character - despite the fact it is just off the busy Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. In keeping with this atmosphere, many of the homes have a cabin feel to them, which have a cozy rustic appeal to many homeowners.

If upscale country is your style, you may find your dream home on one of Woodacre’s beautifully wooded lots. If modern is what you are looking for, you will probably have better luck looking in one of the neighboring communities – or you may want to buy an existing home and remodel it into your modern dream.
